Erica Monea Glenn has transformed her own experience with family betrayal and survival into a calling that takes her around the world. As a certified human rights consultant trainer, she’s building a platform to help people from age 10 and up understand their rights and find their voices.
Ms. Glenn’s work stems from firsthand knowledge of what happens when family dynamics turn dangerous. She survived multiple attempts on her life by relatives involved in what she describes as inheritance theft and life insurance fraud. Rather than retreat into silence, she’s made it her mission to reach others facing similar situations—people whose stories often go untold because the perpetrators are family members.
Her human rights consultant trainings target a deliberately wide demographic. She works with everyone from children to adults, reaching into underserved communities including rural areas, shelters, group homes, and populations often overlooked by traditional support systems. Her audience spans economic classes and includes formerly incarcerated individuals and single parents—groups that frequently face barriers when trying to assert their rights.
Building a Public Platform
Ms. Glenn has published three books, with her most recent release titled, “Faith ~ Boldness ~ Integrity: My Cinderella Story!!!,” addressing her upbringing and what she calls decades of darkness hidden within her own family. The book release adds to a growing list of accomplishments that includes two college degrees, magazine features—including one cover appearance—and recognition through an “INSPIRED” women’s award.
She’s expanding her reach through media appearances, having shared holiday safety tips on a New Jersey radio station and maintaining an active presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. She’s actively seeking more speaking opportunities at schools, churches, and on radio platforms to spread her message about the importance of speaking up.

Her journey has included an investigation into identity fraud that led her to locate someone impersonating her. She’s even visited the White House as part of her advocacy work.
A Vision for Comprehensive Support
Ms. Glenn’s approach to human rights training and advocacy emphasizes legal channels. She teaches people to fight for their rights within the system, not outside it. Her long-term vision extends beyond training sessions and speaking engagements. She plans to establish a plaza dedicated to families, offering integrated services covering spiritual, psychological, financial, academic, and legal needs.
The initiative reflects her belief that protecting human rights requires addressing multiple dimensions of a person’s life simultaneously. For someone escaping family abuse or fraud, legal help alone isn’t enough—they often need financial guidance, emotional support, spiritual healing and deliverance, and practical resources to rebuild.
Ms. Glenn frames her work explicitly as faith-driven, as she is one of God chosen Apostles and stated that her mission is to bring light to hidden family abuse which represents God’s will. Her message to others who’ve experienced similar trauma is direct: you’re not alone, and your story deserves to be heard. Through her consulting and speaking work, she’s creating spaces for those conversations to happen.
