Finding the right coach has always been complicated. Too many options, inconsistent quality, and no clear way to know who’s legitimate. Noomii.com, which runs what it calls the world’s largest coaching marketplace, is trying to fix that problem with something surprisingly straightforward: a free content library built by thousands of vetted professionals.
The new platform, called Coaching Conversations, pulls together advice and guidance from over 20,000 coaches spanning 50 countries. It’s designed for people who might be curious about coaching but aren’t ready to commit to sessions, or who simply want answers without the sales pitch.
A Different Approach to Expert Advice
The timing matters. With AI-generated content flooding the internet and YouTube channels offering advice of wildly varying quality, Noomii is betting that people want curated expertise from actual professionals. According to Co-CEO Michelle Markland and Co-CEO Don Markland, the coaching resource platform covers everything from relationship challenges and ADHD management to business growth and financial planning.
What makes this notable is the scope. While plenty of sites offer self-help content, few can pull from a network this large or guarantee that contributors are vetted professionals. The company plans to publish 5,000 pieces of content over the next four months, a pace that suggests they’re serious about becoming a go-to destination.
Noomii operates on a “Coaching Made Simple” philosophy. That means no pressure to hire anyone. Browse the content, take what helps, and leave the rest. If someone does want to work with a coach, the site uses a proprietary matching tool called SmartMatch that pairs people with coaches based on their specific needs. The company also offers up to five coaching sessions for free to help people try before they fully commit.
Moreover, the site does not only produces carefully vetted resources, but also provides coaches with the opportunity to amplify and grow their brands—something they often don’t receive from traditional certification programs or institutions such as ICF, IPEC, and Erickson Coaching.

Built on an Existing Foundation
This isn’t a startup scrambling to find its footing. Noomii is part of Accountability Now, a business coaching firm that specializes in helping companies grow from $2 million to $20 million in revenue. That background in serious business coaching gives the platform credibility in categories beyond personal development, including leadership and executive coaching services.
The target audience skews toward individuals and business owners between 24 and 54 years old, with about 75 percent being women. That demographic makes sense given the categories covered: life coaching, stress management, intimacy, weight loss, addiction recovery, and career transitions all feature prominently.
Access Without Barriers
The bigger picture here is about accessibility. Coaching has historically been expensive and somewhat exclusive. By offering free content from credentialed professionals, Noomii is lowering the barrier to entry. People from different languages and backgrounds can find professional coaching guidance without needing to book a session or hand over a credit card.
Whether this model works long-term depends on whether people actually want curated human expertise in an age when they can ask an AI chatbot anything. But if the content is genuinely useful and the matching system delivers, Noomii might have found a way to make coaching less intimidating and more practical for people who need it.
