Pandora Pappas has been working as a psychic medium since 1988, building an international client base that spans three decades. Now, she’s leveraging both traditional spiritual practices and contemporary media platforms to reach people navigating what she calls “life’s messy middle.”
Pandora comes from a lineage of psychics—she’s the third generation in her family, the first to work in the field. Her practice extends beyond traditional mediumship to include animal communication, sound healing, lithotherapy, and meditation instruction, amongst other things. She’s also authored best-selling books and created her own oracle decks, while co-hosting the Spill The Psychic Tea Podcast, which focuses on intuition, energy, and personal growth.
From Local Radio to National Media
Her media presence has expanded significantly in recent years. Pandora is a regular guest on San Diego’s 93.3 KHTS, appearing on the station’s top-rated morning show with Geena and Frankie V. She’s also been featured on MeTV’s program “Toon In With Me,” and her work has been covered by the Chicago Sun-Times, WBEZ, and Chicago’s B96 Radio. In one notable appearance, she gave a reading for musician Jeff Rosenstock that was featured on The A.V. Club.

These media appearances have helped her connect with a demographic that might not typically seek out psychic reading and intuitive coaching services—ambitious people between 25 and 50 who are focused on personal development and breaking limiting patterns.
A Practice Built on Multiple Modalities
What distinguishes Pandora’s work is the breadth of her offerings. Beyond one-on-one readings, she provides sound healing and life coaching sessions designed to help clients move through periods of transformation. She teaches meditation and uses crystals in her lithotherapy practice, creating what she describes as a comprehensive approach to helping people feel “seen, supported, and empowered.”

Her client base has grown to include international seekers, and she’s positioned herself as a welcoming presence for LGBTQIA+ clients. As a women-owned business, she’s carved out space in an industry that has historically been dominated by various competing approaches to spiritual guidance.
Looking Ahead
Pandora has plans to expand her reach through additional writing projects, structured classes, and online courses. Her goal is to attract what she calls “ambitious people who want to transform themselves and bring change to the world”—a clientele that views spiritual guidance and energy work as tools for practical transformation rather than passive entertainment.
With more than 35 years in practice and a growing multimedia presence, Pandora represents a shift in how traditional psychic work intersects with modern wellness culture and personal development coaching. Her podcast and media appearances suggest that conversations about intuition and energy healing are finding new audiences outside their traditional contexts.
