After two decades of orchestrating corporate events across Tokyo, Dubai, and the United States, Jennifer Storey has channeled her extensive experience into two distinct business ventures that address critical gaps in the events industry.
Eventsecution Global, Storey’s boutique destination management company, represents a departure from traditional event planning approaches. The firm specializes in M.I.C.E. (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events, incentive travel, and destination representation, with a focus on relationship-driven service rather than transactional delivery.
Drawing from her diverse background with organizations including IHG, Emirates Airlines, and various international DMCs and private agencies, Storey has built her company on three core differentiators: two decades of national and international industry expertise, customized solutions aligned with client brand objectives, and an emphasis on cultivating long-term client relationships rather than one-off vendor transactions.
The boutique meeting and event management firm positions itself as more than a service provider, treating clients as primary stakeholders in every aspect of event execution. This philosophy stems from Storey’s observation that the industry often prioritizes logistics over lasting partnerships.
Parallel to her event management enterprise, Storey has launched JStoreyEventstoBusiness, a mentorship program designed specifically for corporate event professionals seeking entrepreneurial paths. The coaching initiative addresses what Storey identifies as a significant industry challenge: talented planners trapped in demanding schedules without clear pathways to business ownership or work-life balance.

“Aside from Eventsecution Global, JStoreyEventstoBusiness is my newest baby. I created it because I saw a gap in how event planners are being undervalued and stuck in survival mode. I have led so many planners in my career who are very talented and have other passions outside the events world. A lot of them want to exit the workforce and want to focus on their family. The events industry is also tough right now that some were laid off and had no idea on what the next step is for them. I wanted to create something different. A trusted, human centered network that understands the event industry world, where they are coming from and their industry specific skills and needs,” Storey explained.
The mentorship program targets corporate event planners seeking to transition from traditional employment to entrepreneurship, offering guidance on building scalable businesses that provide both time flexibility and financial stability. Participants receive coaching tailored to their specific industry experience and individual goals, with an emphasis on leveraging existing skills into new business opportunities.
Both ventures reflect broader shifts in the corporate events landscape, where professionals increasingly seek alternatives to traditional agency models and employment structures. The dual approach allows Storey to serve both ends of the spectrum: companies requiring sophisticated event management through Eventsecution Global, and individual planners pursuing independent careers through her mentorship program.

The timing of these launches coincides with significant industry evolution, as corporate events have undergone substantial transformation in recent years. Companies now demand more strategic, relationship-focused approaches to event management, while event professionals themselves seek greater autonomy and entrepreneurial opportunities.
Storey’s international experience across major markets in Asia, the Middle East, and North America provides a unique perspective on global event trends and best practices. This background informs both the service delivery at Eventsecution Global and the mentorship curriculum at JStoreyEventstoBusiness.
The combination of a client-focused DMC and a mentorship program for industry professionals represents an innovative approach to addressing multiple pain points within the corporate events sector. By operating both businesses simultaneously, Storey maintains deep connections to current industry challenges while helping shape its future through the next generation of event entrepreneurs.
